I am open to see all the people, circumstances and events in my life cooperating with each other harmoniously and expressing love.
All the ideas in my Silent Master consciousness already exist in peaceful cooperation, harmony, and love, and I am open to see and feel these ideas in me.
Therefore, I am willing to release the limited and negative pictures I see with forgiveness, and strive to create love, peace, joy, harmony, and unity wherever I am.

Great Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim, author, speaker, teacher, founder of Jung SuWon Martial Art Academy teaches “When you express “purity” which is the truth about yourself, you feel a love for yourself that is expressed by self-respect, self-esteem, and self-confidence!” This is the part I was missing before I started training under Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim. I wanted others to love me while I hated myself. I didn’t understand that loving myself is just being myself. The catch is that I need to recognize who my true self is so that I can be my true self, and this is the part that required time and patience to look inside myself to see who my real self is.
You’ve heard the statement about making the most out of your life. It is remarkable to think that we have this opportunity to live this life. But we need to ask ourselves, do we cherish it or take it for granted? I like the analogy in which they say you have one at-bat in life, make the most out of it. As humans, we have finite time available to us. There is nothing we can do against time and age.
I’ve taken my life granted for many decades. I thought I had my life under control but it was clear that I did not. I had no direction and was on the wrong side of the law many times. My mentor Dr. Tae Yun Kim challenged me to veer towards a new path of discipline and focus. She’s guided me and helped me navigate me in my own personal life…
