True Patience

Patience!  Patience!  Patience!

I NEED SOME OF THAT NOW!  🙂

Seriously though, now that my stitches are out and I have progressed to this beautiful blue cast

and now that I am exactly at midway point of having to wear this cast and having to stay off the leg for a total of 6 weeks – I am finding that now, more than ever, I need patience!

Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim just smiles and reminds me to be patient and not allow myself to get stressed.  “Give your body what it needs,” she says, “you cannot rush healing.”
